submit an offer
When we find the house you can see yourself making into a home, we will write an offer. I will provide my expert opinion on price and terms.
open escrow
Once our offer has been accepted escrow will be opened. Escrow is a neutral third party that receives and disperses money, searches title to make sure there are no liens or unpaid taxes.
Inspections and Appraisal
I always recommend my clients get a home inspection and a pest inspection. An appraisal will be done on the property to determine it’s value and what the bank is willing to loan.Congratulations! You are now a homeowner!
