The BUYING PROCESS

I have a few local lenders that I trust and would be happy to refer you to. This is a crucial first step, finding out your budget will make your home search a lot easier.

Location is the most important aspect when looking for a home. It is best to identify a few neighborhoods you would like to live in before you start your search.

I'll send you listings based on the criteria you provide me, when something catches your eye we will go take a tour. 

When we find the house you can see yourself making into a home, we will write an offer. I will provide my expert opinion on price and terms.

Once our offer has been accepted escrow will be opened. Escrow is a neutral third party that receives and disperses money, searches title to make sure there are no liens or unpaid taxes. 

I always recommend my clients get a home inspection and a pest inspection. An appraisal will be done on the property to determine it's value and what the bank is willing to loan.
