The lights at night are beautiful & when the fog covers the city, it looks like the ocean. All permitted, there is water, electrical & propane that feed the garage which is wired for telephone & internet. Permits for a 3500 sq ft home were paid for, as well as school fees, about 12 years ago. The 5000-gallon water tank is fed by a 130' deep well which is pumped by the air lift system which uses pressurized air to pump water, no moving pieces to wear out!
